Information You Add to Poker Notes

Poker Notes lets you create and manage player notes. Depending on how you use the app, this may include player names or nicknames, descriptions, play styles, favorite hands, notes, seat assignments, and optional photos that you choose to add.

This information is stored locally on your device. Poker Notes does not operate a server for this information and does not upload your player notes to us.

Photos and Camera Access

If you choose to add a photo to a player note, Poker Notes may ask for access to your photo library or camera. Photos you select or take are stored with your local app data. You can remove a photo from a player note at any time in the app.

Imports and Exports

Poker Notes includes import and export features so you can back up or move your player notes. Exported files are created only when you choose to export them. Once exported, those files are under your control and may contain the notes and photos you added to the app.

Purchases

Poker Notes Pro is available as an optional in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide purchase status information to the app so Poker Notes can unlock Pro features or restore a prior purchase.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Poker Notes does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The app does not sell your personal information.

Data Sharing

We do not share your player notes, photos, or app content with third parties. Information may be handled by Apple as necessary for App Store purchases, downloads, crash reporting, or other Apple platform services you use.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your app data remains on your device unless you delete it, export it, or remove the app. You can delete player notes inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes the app's local data from that device, subject to any device backups or exported files you control.

Children's Privacy

Poker Notes is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

Because Poker Notes stores its app data locally, the security of your notes depends in part on the security of your device, operating system, passcode, backups, and files you export. Please protect exported files if they contain sensitive information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date above.
