PokerNotes

Android Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 9, 2026

Poker Notes is designed as a local note-taking app for poker player observations. The app does not collect, sell, share, or transmit personal data to the developer.

Information the App Stores

Poker Notes lets you create player notes, table seat assignments, play-style labels, favorite hands, text notes, and optional player photos. This information is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage.

Photos and Files

If you choose to add a photo, the image is used only to display it inside your own notes. You may also import or export note files, such as CSV or ZIP backups, using Android's system file picker. Imported and exported files are handled locally on your device.

Data Collection and Sharing

Poker Notes does not send your player notes, photos, imported files, exported files, or app settings to the developer or to a developer-operated server. The app does not include analytics, advertising, tracking, or an account system.

Purchases

Poker Notes offers an optional Poker Notes Pro purchase through Google Play Billing. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play. The app receives purchase status from Google Play so it can unlock Pro features, but the developer does not receive your full payment card details from the app.

Backups

Android or Google device backup features may back up app data according to your device and Google account settings. You can manage Android backup behavior in your device settings.

Children

Poker Notes is intended for adults. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Your Choices

  • You can edit or delete individual notes inside the app.
  • You can delete all app data from the app's data management screen.
  • You can remove app data by uninstalling Poker Notes or clearing its storage in Android settings.
  • You control any exported CSV or ZIP files after they are saved from the app.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated if the app's privacy practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
